Circana Leaders Get Together for Ace Race® Mini Golf Team Building Meeting in Chicago, Illinois

With 130 participants in play, the Ace Race® setup took over the headquarters floor pretty quickly. Teams spread out, claimed their space, and started building mini golf holes using stacks of non-perishable food items. Some groups went all-in on elaborate designs, while others focused on making their holes as tricky as possible. Either way, every corner of the room turned into part of the course.
Once construction wrapped, the competition phase kicked in. Lines formed at each hole, and the noise level rose as teams reacted to every near-miss and unexpected bounce. Players sized up each shot, made adjustments, and tried to outthink the course designs created by their coworkers. Between rounds, teams compared notes, tweaked their setups, and looked for any small edge they could find. The final hole drew a crowd, with everyone watching as one team edged out the win.
At the same time, the scale of the giveback became hard to miss. Over 1,000 pounds of shelf-stable food items were used to build the course and then donated to The Friendship Center. The amount was big enough to spark a few jokes about how it would all get transported. What started as a creative competition ended with a substantial contribution to the local community.
We thank Circana for their generous contribution and enthusiastic participation. We also appreciate The Friendship Center for their continued service to the community.
