Norwex teamed up with us for six large-scale charity team building bike builds across North America. The programs took place during exclusive leadership conferences in Calgary, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, Toronto, Nashville, and Dallas. Four events happened in a single weekend, with two more the following month. Each conference brought together top-performing consultants who earned their invitation. By the end of the tour, Norwex leaders had built and donated 80 brand-new bicycles to children across the United States and Canada.
What began in 1994 with a single microfiber cloth has grown into one of the most respected cleaning and personal care companies in the world. Norwex focuses on improving quality of life by reducing chemical use inside the home. Their microfiber systems eliminate the need for harsh cleaning agents. The company also offers Naturally Timeless personal care products made with organic ingredients and no harmful parabens. Norwex helps families save time, reduce costs, and create healthier indoor environments.
Norwex Leaders Launch Their Conference Series with Dynamic Bike Build Charity Events Across North America
The series opened in Calgary at the Fairmont Palliser, where 75 leaders launched their Sunday morning with a fast-paced Build-A-Bike®. Teams assembled 10 bikes for The Magic of Christmas, which supports more than 400 families each year. The early momentum carried straight into the three-day leadership meeting.
That same weekend, consultants in Philadelphia added a competitive build to their regional sales meeting. In Salt Lake City, leaders wrapped up their Sales Leadership Conference by building bikes for the YMCA of Northern Utah. While each city followed the same format, the personality and pace felt unique in every location.
No Matter the Forecast, the Builds Continue, and Just Get Bigger

Toronto delivered one of the most memorable moments of the tour. A massive snowstorm forced the team to shift the event to the night before to avoid travel delays. The bilingual group rolled with the change and built 12 bikes for Starlight Children’s Foundation of Canada. Friendly rivalry peaked during the cheer contest, and even a delayed charity pickup did not slow the room down.
Nashville hosted the largest event of the six. Only consultants who achieved a specific status qualified to attend. The ballroom filled with competition as teams raced to complete their bikes and close out the conference strong. The tour wrapped up in Dallas, where 70 leaders completed the final Build-A-Bike®. That final session capped off a multi-city run that combined performance, collaboration, and measurable community impact.
We sincerely thank Norwex for weaving Build-A-Bike® into their multi-city leadership conferences. We also appreciate each local charity partner for supporting children and families throughout the year.
