Logicalis Open ETHOS Conference With Team Building Activity in Arlington

Logicalis kicked off its 2026 ETHOS Conference with a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Arlington, Texas. The event took place on March 25, 2026 at the Loews Arlington Hotel. One hundred fifty attendees arrived ready to launch the conference with something more interactive than a standard opening session. Instead of easing into the agenda, the group jumped straight into a large-scale activity built around teamwork, quick thinking, and a little friendly competition. The event filled the room with movement and conversation from the start. By the end, participants had built bikes that supported children in the local Arlington community.

Logicalis Opens ETHOS Conference with a Large-Scale Build-A-Bike® Event in Arlington, Texas

The conference started with a packed ballroom and a lot of energy. Rather than opening with slides or introductions, Logicalis turned the first session into a hands-on experience that got 150 people moving immediately. Teams spread across the room, claimed workspaces, and jumped into challenges designed to earn bike parts. The large crowd created a fast-moving atmosphere where something was happening in every corner.

As teams worked through each round, conversations picked up naturally. People connected with coworkers they may not normally work beside. Some groups focused on strategy, while others leaned into the competitive side and raced to stay ahead. The pace stayed high, but the environment felt relaxed and social. It gave attendees a chance to interact before settling into the conference schedule.

As bikes started coming together, the room shifted from competition to celebration. Finished builds lined the space, giving everyone a clear look at what the group accomplished together. With 150 participants involved, the scale of the event made the final reveal especially impressive.

The completed bicycles were donated to United Hands Relief, connecting the conference to the Arlington community in a direct way. Participants saw the results of their teamwork before the first official conference session even began. The donation added purpose to the experience while giving attendees a memorable way to begin the ETHOS Conference.

We give a big thank you to Logicalis for supporting the Arlington community through this Build-A-Bike® event. We also appreciate United Hands Relief for helping create a smooth and meaningful donation experience.
