Clutch anchored its quarterly company gathering with a charity team-building activity in Washington, DC. 40 employees came together around the theme of getting to know each other. Building bikes for the YMCA along the way.
For every quarter, the company selects one of its core values to base the meeting around. This quarter, they chose philanthropy. This theme not only resonated with the team, it also allowed them to give back to their community.

Clutch Employees Get to Know Each Other Through Charity Team Building
Each quarter, Clutch chooses a theme for their meeting. This time, the theme, “know each other,” set up a Have You Ever icebreaker that got the team talking before they ever picked up a tool.
From there, the group moved into the build with real energy. Coming together in a way that made the event feel like exactly what it was meant to be. Once the bikes were complete, representatives from the YMCA came to collect them. Charity representative Carolyn Samuel-King accepted the bikes on behalf of the YMCA, which will put them directly into the hands of local kids.
