On September 1, 2026, 75 Client Managers from Luminare Health came together for a Build-A-Bike® charity team building activity at the Chicago Marriott Suites O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois. The event was built into an intensive three-day training program, and by the close of the session, the group had assembled 10 brand-new bikes donated to Blackstone Bicycle Works, a Chicago nonprofit that supports local youth through cycling.

Client Managers at Luminare Health Give Back Through Charity Team Building Build-A-Bike® in Rosemont
Luminare Health brought 75 Client Managers together at the Chicago Marriott Suites in Rosemont for a Build-a-Bike event as part of an intensive three-day training program. A last-minute room issue forced us to pivot, but with help from the hotel staff, we adjusted quickly and kept everything on track.
The group was a little apprehensive at first, but by the end, the energy was high and everyone was fully bought in. Together, they built 10 brand-new bikes for local youth through Blackstone Bicycle Works, part of the Experimental Station. We even had an unexpected medical moment when someone fainted right at the end — but thankfully, the team rallied and handled it with care, showing exactly the kind of character and cohesion that makes charity team building so powerful.
