Diageo hosted a teddy bear charity team building activity in Orlando, FL on February 11th. Seventy-two participants gathered at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World to wrap up their meeting with something hands-on. Encore Events coordinated the experience as a high-energy finale. With just one hour on the clock, the group packed a lot into a short window. The fast pace, combined with a clear goal, turned the session into a lively and productive close to the event.

The company owns well-known brands such as Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Smirnoff, Don Julio, and Tanqueray. Diageo Team Wraps Up Orlando, Florida Meeting with Teddy Bear Charity Activity
With 72 participants and only an hour to work, the activity kicked off at full speed. Teams jumped straight into challenges, knowing the clock was part of the competition. The room quickly filled with movement as groups worked through tasks, gathered materials, and figured out the fastest way to complete their builds. The tight timeline kept everyone focused and added an extra layer of energy to the experience.
As the session moved along, tables filled with stuffing, fabric, and plenty of teamwork in action. Some groups moved quickly and efficiently, while others paused to regroup before diving back in. The pace never really slowed down. One completed bear turned into a growing collection, and the scale of the effort became clear as more and more were finished.
By the end of the hour, all 72 stuffed animals were complete and ready for donation to Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. The hospital team often arrives in a special ambulance, which adds a unique moment to the handoff. Seeing the full lineup of bears gave the group a clear view of what they accomplished together in such a short time.
