PIRTEK USA Gather Franchise Owners For Ace Race® in Orlando

PIRTEK USA Gather Franchise Owners For Ace Race® in Orlando

When more than 200 franchise locations are represented under one brand, getting owners together is a big deal. PIRTEK USA made the most of that opportunity during an Ace Race® mini golf charity team building event in Orlando, Florida.

Franchise owners from across the country gathered at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes for an experience that blended competition, creativity, and community service. Instead of simply attending meetings and presentations, participants spent time building an entire mini golf course from donated food items. By the end of the event, the group had generated more than 1,200 pounds of food for local families through Heart of Florida United Way.

PIRTEK USA is a leading provider of hydraulic and industrial hose maintenance and replacement services throughout the United States. With more than 200 locations nationwide, the company offers rapid on-site emergency hose service with a one-hour estimated arrival time, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. PIRTEK Franchise Owners Build a Massive Donation Through Ace Race® Mini Golf Team Building Activity in Orlando, Florida

Bringing franchise owners together from around the country naturally creates a lot of energy. The Ace Race® gave everyone a chance to channel that energy into something fun and productive. Teams started by designing mini golf holes using stacks of donated food items as their building materials. Soon, the ballroom looked less like a conference venue and more like a full-scale miniature golf course. Every group wanted to create the most challenging hole, the most creative design, or simply the course nobody else could conquer.

The building phase electrified the room with energy and conversation. Owners ran through options, compared designs, and connected with peers they don’t often get to see in person. The event created a natural way for people from different markets and regions to spend time together outside of formal business discussions.

Once construction wrapped up, it was time to put the course to the test. Teams grabbed their putters and worked their way through each hole while friendly rivalries emerged across the room. The competition added plenty of laughs, but the real accomplishment was sitting all around them. The over 1200 pounds of food.

That donation was delivered through Heart of Florida United Way, helping provide support for individuals and families facing food insecurity throughout the Orlando area. Seeing the sheer volume of food gathered during a single event gave participants a powerful reminder of what can happen when a large group works toward a shared goal.

We give a big thank you to PIRTEK USA and its franchise owners for their generosity and enthusiasm. We’d also like to thank Heart of Florida United Way for accepting the food donation!
