Planview Rescue Bear® Event in Austin, TX
Planview hosted a Rescue Bear® charity team building event at The Westin–Domain in Austin, TX. In total, 60 leaders from across several countries gathered for an in-person meeting. The event served as a fun and impactful way to kick off their meeting, bringing together global team members. It allowed them to engage in a meaningful activity that emphasized the value of teamwork, collaboration, and understanding individual strengths.

The Rescue Bear® event provided Planview’s leadership team with a unique opportunity. It allowed them to strengthen connections and gain insight into each other’s personality styles and strengths. As participants collaborated in small groups, they tackled team challenges designed to foster communication and problem-solving. The event was not only fun but also offered valuable learning moments. Additionally, it allowed team members to leverage their strengths for overall teamwork and success.
In addition to building stronger relationships, the Planview team assembled stuffed bears, which were donated to a local children’s hospital in Austin. The donation added a heartwarming charitable aspect to the event, allowing Planview’s leaders to give back to the community while engaging in activities that fostered camaraderie and networking.
