Charity Team Building Has Retail Sports Marketing Packing for School in Charlotte, North Carolina
65 team members met at the company’s Charlotte office for an afternoon outing. The whole team took part, from HR to marketing to vice presidents. They split into nine teams for our aMAZEing Builders activity.
Each team had to guide its members through a maze to earn items for the donation. To do it, every team built its own non-directional communication strategy. No two teams solved the puzzle the same way.
The room was full of laughter. Teammates policed each other to keep everyone playing by the rules. A little competition kept the energy high from start to finish.
The nine teams earned all 27 backpacks for students at John R. Lawrence Elementary School in Archdale. Retail Sports Marketing delivered the backpacks to the school itself. This was the team’s second event with us, after a bike build in 2023.
