A full 200 participants came together for the gathering, filling the room with energy from the start. The team wanted something interactive that would bring everyone into the mix while also giving back locally. The event opened with a video message from the Boys & Girls Club, setting the stage and giving the group a clear picture of who they were building for. From there, the room shifted quickly into action as the Build-A-Bike® challenge got underway.

SimSpace Employees Unite for Build-A-Bike® Bike Team Building Event in Orlando, Florida
With 200 people in the room, the Build-A-Bike® event felt big right away. Teams spread out across the space and got to work solving challenges to earn the parts they needed. The pace picked up fast. Conversations overlapped, teams compared strategies, and the sound of progress carried across the room as more pieces came together.
The opening video stuck with participants as they worked, adding a sense of purpose without slowing down the fun. Some teams moved with precision, others figured things out as they went, but everyone stayed involved. As bikes started coming together, the energy kept building. One finished bike turned into a growing lineup, and the momentum carried through to the final build.
When everything was complete, the group took a moment to step back and look at what they had accomplished together. Representatives from the Walt Disney World Boys & Girls Club partnered with the team to help make the donation happen. Seeing the final row of bikes ready to go made the impact easy to understand.
We extend a big thank you to SimSpace for supporting children in the Orlando community. We also thank the Walt Disney World Boys & Girls Club for their partnership and dedication to helping local youth.
