That is exactly what the Subway Co-op did in October 2026. Forty-five purchasing managers spent the day in planning meetings at the Pullman. Then they split into six teams for an evening Build-A-Bike® event and built six bikes for kids served by Amigos For Kids.
With 13 meeting rooms and a largest room that seats 380 at banquet tables, the hotel has space for small breakout sessions and large group events. After the activity, groups can head to Tavolo for Mediterranean food or to Le Bar for drinks.
